The hotel provides excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail in their stylish decor and modern facilities. The location, situated near Xujiahui and opposite a mall, is very convenient for meals and shopping. The service provided by the friendly staff is top-notch, and the basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained.

The only minor flaw is that the breakfast could be improved.

The free WiFi here was a nice bonus. We really liked the room - cozy and comfortable! 👌 It was a great place to stay for exploring the city. the location was perfect and fulfilled all our needs.

staying within 15 minutes’ walk from longhua temple was a big advantage. we greatly enjoyed fx hotel xujiahui. would be happy to recommend this property, we would happily return.

Very comfortable, clean room and bathroom with all necessities together with helpful and friendly staff. In addition, a subway station right in front of the door.

The only problem was that the free internet connection did not work on my room due to the distance to the base station. It worked well when I walked to the other end of the corridor.

Room is clean and stylish, there is 24hrs open shop near the hotel.

A littel bit far from downtown and Pu Dong airport. Roughly 1hour from the airport to the hotel though Maglev and metro.

Good value for money. The room was clean and nicely presented. The location is convenient, close to public transportation and shopping districts. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The noise level in the hotel was unacceptable. I could hear people talking in the hallway at all hours of the night, and doors slamming shut.

Centralise and easy connection via the Metro which is opposite the hotel.

In consistent replenishment of toiletries. For example someday without toothbrush and some day without shower cap. Also too noisy due to the traffic and the shopping mail opposite. We can still hear car horn and loud talking from the road late in the night.

This hotel is a great choice for tourists who want to be in a convenient location. It's directly opposite a metro line, which makes it easy to get around the city. Plus, there's a mall nearby with plenty of dining options and shops for all your needs.

The hotel's staff can be unwelcoming and unhelpful at times.

The subway station "Shanghai Stadium" line 4 is just across the road. Excellent location for those who plan to use the subway for frequent travel within Shanghai. Also Shanghai Stadium is within 10 mins walk and for those who plan to join tours using the Shanghai Tourist Bus Services, it is very convenient.

Room lighting and corridor lighting not bright enough. No good for those who need to spend considerable time on the PC as the dim lighting tired the eyes quickly.

The location being near a lot of restaurants and right across the street from the Metro was the best part.

There was no fitness center and our room was very small.

Additionally, the hotel is directly opposite a metro station, allowing easy access to various parts of the city.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were a few minor issues that could be improved.

The best thing was the unique modernness of the hotel and that it is located across the street from the train station.

The rooms were really small and the internet was sometimes too slow. Also, there wasn't that much nightlife nearby unlike on Nanjing road.
